Black Eyed Peas Confess to Plagiarism, More to Come

Electronic musician Adam Freeland accused the Black Eyed Peas of totally copy-pasting his track "Mancry" for their song, "Party All the Time". The case didn't even go to court, BEP paid up and Freeland says if you see him anywhere, just say "Party All the Time" and he will buy you a beer on their dime.

The Daily Swarm sources say there is other stolen shit on BEP's new album and there will be more lawsuits to come.

Tila Tequila Goes on Insane, Drug-Fueled Rant on Webcam in Middle of the Night (NSFW)

This is legitimately insane. According to TMZ, Tila's lawyer is trying to get this video taken down on the grounds that she is mentally ill following an episode where she was allegedly choked by an athlete on steroids.

Video takes a while to start, but it's not broken. It's Tila, who refers to herself as "The Commander", doing a strip show and singing for thousands of USTREAM viewers, but it takes her nearly 15 minutes for her to actually turn the music on. This is really, really long - some commenters on The Superficial say it's over three hours -- and has lulls and moments where she just leaves the room for several minutes. Recommend putting this on in the background and just listening to her insanity for a while because it is that insane.

NOTE: At 16 minutes in, she tries to do a stripper trick on a chair and it falls over backwards and she collapses to the floor. She says, "HA HA HA ALL THE BLOGS ARE GOING TO SAY EPIC STRIPPER FAIL BUT TILA'S SO CUTE WE LOVE HER!" She then says to the chatroom, "DON'T TELL ANYBODY I FAILED OR I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU!"

That's right, she has a GUN! No joke!
