The quality of the video isn't that great but I guess Chris Cunningham showcased some of his videos at the Electraglide festival in 2005. From what I can tell, the DJing isn't live but some of the videos he screened to Aphex Twin sounded like remixes...maybe they were pre-recorded? Anyway, I thought this was kind of funny.
